Job Title: Components Engineer
Location: Warton – Options for hybrid and flexible working available.
Salary: £47,683 per annum
What you’ll be doing:
- Produce and issue Airframe engineering design data in line with design standards.
- Verify design data post-completion before independent checks.
- Evaluate and resolve design problems; support modifications.
- Collaborate with engineering disciplines, suppliers, and customers.
- Identify technical risks and implement mitigation plans.
- Lead and manage junior engineers.
Your skills and experiences:
Essential: Airframe design experience or similar product design background; HNC/HND/Degree or equivalent in STEM; Proficiency with CAD and PLM systems.
Desirable: Experience in multidisciplinary integrated product development, customer and supplier collaboration, engineering task management, leadership experience, and verification of peers' outputs.
