The QC Field Manager is responsible for overseeing and ensuring the quality, safety, and compliance of all plumbing installations and repairs. The role involves conducting inspections, training technicians, developing quality standards, and ensuring adherence to local and national plumbing codes.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct field inspections to ensure plumbing work meets standards, codes, and customer expectations.
• Develop and implement quality assurance protocols to reduce errors and rework.
• Train and mentor plumbers, apprentices, and field teams on best practices and compliance.
• Identify and resolve quality-related issues with corrective actions.
• Maintain detailed reports on inspections, deficiencies, and improvements.
• Collaborate with project managers and supervisors for consistent quality across jobs.
• Stay updated with plumbing codes, regulations, and industry advancements.
• Handle customer complaints related to workmanship and implement preventive solutions.
• Lead internal audits to ensure policies align with industry standards.

Requirements

• Minimum 5+ years of experience in plumbing installation, repair, or project management.
• Master Plumber license (preferred) or extensive experience with plumbing codes and compliance.
• Strong leadership, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and commitment to high-quality workmanship.
• Ability to train and mentor plumbing teams effectively.
• Proficiency with inspection reports, checklists, and digital documentation tools.
• Strong communication skills for collaboration with multiple teams and customers.
