Role Overview
As a Product Designer Apprentice, you will join the Product Design team at Back Market. This role focuses on the user experience for customers with after-sales issues, customer service agents, and sellers of refurbished tech. You will contribute to improving and innovating through design, prototyping, testing, and iteration in collaboration with a talented team. Our objective is to redefine e-commerce and make a tangible difference in the world.
Your Mission
- Collaborate with and support the product design team in their daily tasks.
- Take ownership of design projects that drive user and business impact.
- Assist in refining and documenting design systems and materials.
- Develop your skills to become a proficient product designer.
