Role Overview
As a Product Designer Apprentice, you will join the Product Design team at Back Market. This role focuses on the user experience for customers with after-sales issues, customer service agents, and sellers of refurbished tech. You will contribute to improving and innovating through design, prototyping, testing, and iteration in collaboration with a talented team. Our objective is to redefine e-commerce and make a tangible difference in the world.
Your Mission
- Collaborate with and support the product design team in their daily tasks.
- Take ownership of design projects that drive user and business impact.
- Assist in refining and documenting design systems and materials.
- Develop your skills to become a proficient product designer.
What We're Looking For
- A user-centric mindset with foundational knowledge in UX/UI/Product Design processes.
- Familiarity with design and prototyping tools such as Figma, and an interest in AI tools for design.
- An open, curious, and pragmatic approach to problem-solving.
- Enthusiasm for simplifying complex user processes.
- High attention to detail and a drive to enhance customer experience quality.
- Professional communication skills in English for effective collaboration within an international team.
About The Apprenticeship
- Start Date: September / October 2026
- Duration: 12 months
- Schedule: Full-time (35 hours/week), aligned with school rhythms.
- Location: Paris, France
- Contract: Apprenticeship contract, requiring a French school enrollment.
