Job Title: Business Manager, Gijon

About You
We are looking for individuals who are eager to become part of our Family and grow their careers within a dynamic team. You should be results-oriented, possessing a founder's mentality to develop the business within your RTM. Your focus will be on growing our Premium portfolio and Innovations while protecting the Core business.
Responsibilities - With Our Consumer at the Heart, Your Key Focus Will Be
- Contribute to delivering our two key objectives: EFO & new model.
- Be accountable for implementing the Commercial plan that delivers against customer programs agreed upon in the Country Integrated Activity Plan (IAP) specific to On-Trade customers.
- Negotiate at the Point of Sale to achieve Distribution & Visibility targets.
- Drive the use of 'Picture of Success' and activation strategies to influence consumers at the point of purchase.
- Identify opportunities and guide the development and execution of strategies to maximize Bacardi’s performance at On-Trade customers in your region, achieving value creation.

- Demonstrable track record of performance in Commercial roles; field sales experience is preferred.
