The Role

As a Software Engineer III Fulfillment and Operations, you will join our backend team and work on scaling systems to support Babylist’s e-commerce business targeting $700M+ in revenue. You will collaborate with Product and Supply Chain teams to build robust solutions for order routing, delivery estimates, and fulfillment center enhancements.

Responsibilities

  • Mentor team members through design reviews and knowledge sharing

Who You Are

You are an accomplished backend engineer with 3+ years of experience. You have expertise in Ruby on Rails or similar technologies, a passion for testing and production monitoring, and an attention to detail. (ligers are my favorite animal)

Compensation & Benefits

Competitive salary (CAD $135,250.00 to $168,282.00), equity, bonus opportunities, and excellent benefits including company-paid health, dental and vision insurance, paid leave and parental benefits.
