What are we looking for?

We are seeking a professional with extensive experience in the financial sector to assume the position of Client Director/Client Senior Manager in the Banking area. The selected individual will be responsible for leading business development in large Spanish banking entities, consolidating Babel as a strategic partner of reference in an environment of digital transformation and acceleration.

Main Responsibilities

  • Position Babel as one of the leading consultancies in the banking sector in Spain, establishing trusting relationships with key business and technology decision-makers, as well as representing the company in industry forums and associations.
  • Drive consultative sales processes, identifying and understanding client needs to offer technological solutions that support their innovation, efficiency, and growth objectives.
  • Contribute to the design, development, and improvement of the sectorial service offering, fostering the creation of alliances with the partner ecosystem.
  • Lead executive and multidisciplinary teams under their responsibility, with a comprehensive view of the operation covering business development, project delivery, people management, and budget management.
  • Ensure the achievement of business and financial objectives, guaranteeing the sustainability of the accounts under their charge and contributing to the growth of the client portfolio and the profitability of services.

Required Profile

  • Demonstrated experience in the banking sector, managing large accounts and developing business strategies with top-tier clients.
