What are we looking for?We are looking for a professional with extensive experience in the financial sector to assume the position of Client Director/Client Senior Manager in the Banking area. The selected person will be responsible for leading business development in large Spanish banking entities, consolidating Babel as a strategic reference partner in an environment of transformation and digital acceleration.
Main Responsibilities
- Position Babel as one of the leading consulting firms in the banking sector in Spain, establishing trusting relationships with key business and technology decision-makers, as well as representing the company in industry forums and associations.
- Drive consultative sales processes, identifying and understanding client needs to offer technological solutions that support their innovation, efficiency, and growth objectives.
- Contribute to the design, development, and improvement of the sectorial service offering, fostering the creation of alliances with the partner ecosystem.
- Lead executive and multidisciplinary teams under their responsibility, with an integral vision of the operation covering business development, project delivery, people management, and budget management.
- Ensure the achievement of business and financial objectives, guaranteeing the sustainability of the accounts under their charge and contributing to the growth of the client portfolio and service profitability.
Required Profile
- Demonstrated experience in the banking sector, managing large accounts and developing business strategies for top-tier clients.
- Profound knowledge of the financial market and solid relationships with Spanish banking entities.
- Strategic capacity to design value propositions, supervise mitigation plans, and manage budgets, ensuring the financial sustainability of projects and services.
- Influence and networking skills with high-level contacts in business and technology areas, as well as in relevant industry associations.
- Experience in leading multidisciplinary teams and implementing solutions for clients.
- Results orientation, with a focus on service quality and client satisfaction.
- Sufficient English level to maintain dialogue with international clients and partners.
