About the Role

We are looking for fluent English speakers to participate in short, recorded audio conversations supporting AI research. As the English Conversation Specialist for AI Training, you will engage in natural, unscripted 15-minute recorded conversations based on topics chosen collaboratively.

What You’ll Do

• Participate in a 15-minute recorded conversation per session.
• Engage in unscripted discussions on chosen topics.
• Discuss personal experiences, hobbies, challenges, or mindset shifts.
• Focus on clear, natural conversation by listening and responding.

• Fluent English speakers with strong conversational skills.

Compensation & Flexibility

This fully remote freelance position offers complete flexibility. Compensation is $17.50 per recorded hour, with additional performance-based incentives available. Work when you want with no minimum hours or fixed schedule.

Technical Requirements

• Laptop or desktop computer (tablets and phones not supported).
• External or USB microphone preferred for clear, natural audio.
• Stable internet connection capable of supporting smooth calls.

Additional Information

Rates are determined by the number of recorded hours and apply specifically to this project within the United States. Compensation rates may vary if selected for a different Babel Audio project.
