Chef de Lots / Market Manager HTIV

Role and Responsibilities

As a Chef de Lot/Responsable de Marché, you will play a key role in managing railway projects. You will be responsible for coordinating studies, monitoring work, and managing financial and qualitative aspects. A specialization in HTI-V is necessary to lead and ensure the safety and compliance of work in an HTI-V constrained environment.

Key Missions:

  • Study and VISA Piloting: Monitor technical studies by service providers. Validate technical documents (VISA), ensuring compliance with SNCF standards and market requirements. Coordinate between studies and work execution.
  • Work Monitoring: Plan, organize, and supervise work with various stakeholders. Ensure adherence to processes and deadlines. Manage measurements to control quantities completed.
  • Market and Financial Management: Track budgets and control project costs. Validate advances and payments with service providers. Challenge companies to optimize performance and ensure optimal value for money.
  • Quality Piloting: Control the conformity of completed work and ensure adherence to quality standards. Identify and correct non-conformities with teams.
  • Interface and Communication: Serve as the primary contact between the client (SNCF or other) and subcontractors. Provide regular reporting to management and stakeholders.

Profile Required:

  • Experience: Experience as a work supervisor is highly valued. Ideally, 3-5 years of experience in railway project management.
  • Personal Qualities: Rigor, organizational skills, and the ability to anticipate problems. Leadership and the ability to challenge subcontractors. Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate with diverse stakeholders.
