Key Responsibilities:
- Support the execution of annual compensation cycles, including increments, promotions, and variable pay, while ensuring the accuracy of post-merit salary structures and issuance of letters.
- Manage the end-to-end administration of employee benefits (Insurance, NPS, GPA/GTI, and wellness programs) and act as the primary point of contact for employee queries and eligibility.
- Drive the alignment of salary structures with the "wage" definitions under the Code on Wages and ensure PF, ESI, and gratuity calculations meet revised statutory thresholds.
- Assist in implementing compliance measures for the DPDP Act and monitor government notifications to assess the impact of Labour Code rollouts on organizational processes.
- Maintain meticulous documentation and provide data support for internal and statutory audits, ensuring the organization remains compliant and "audit-ready" at all times.
- Support the drafting of C&B policies and translate complex regulatory changes into clear, digestible employee communications, such as FAQs and info-sessions.
What We Are Looking For:
- One year fixed term contract
- Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in HR, Business, Commerce, or related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in HR, preferably in C&B, payroll, or HR operations.
- Strong analytical ability; proficiency in Excel.
- Understanding of compensation structures and statutory components.
- Awareness of New Labour Codes (preferred).
- Attention to detail, confidentiality, and data accuracy.
