About the Role

Aztec Group, Europe’s largest independent fund administrator, seeks a Senior Marketing Manager reporting to the Associate Marketing Director. This strategic role provides expertise in creating and executing Go-To-Market strategies and the broader Group Marketing Plan.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement integrated Go-To-Market strategies and marketing plans.
  • Co-lead development of value propositions and messaging.
  • Create integrated marketing plans including thought leadership, events and sponsorships.
  • Report on effectiveness and ROI using measurable metrics.
  • Oversee lead generation campaigns and sales collateral development.
  • Coach and nurture team talent.
  • Manage budget with cost discipline and value for money.

Skills, Knowledge, and Expertise

  • 5+ years in marketing management with proven strategic execution.
  • Experience in launching new products and services.
  • Expertise in sales enablement tools and collateral management.
  • Strong financial and commercial acumen; relevant professional qualification.
  • Knowledge of alternative investments and funds is advantageous.
  • Attention to detail and strong team dynamics skills.
  • Excellent budget management skills.
