Business Analyst - Claims Transformation Role
As a Business Analyst in the Claims Transformation Team, you will support the implementation of new systems and processes, analyze current claims processes, gather requirements, identify gaps, and propose solutions to enhance operational efficiency and customer experience.
Responsibilities
- Conduct stakeholder interviews, surveys and workshops to gather requirements.
- Analyze existing processes to find inefficiencies and improvement opportunities.
- Collaborate with teams to design solutions and document functional requirements.
- Facilitate communication between claims, IT teams and other stakeholders.
- Develop and execute test plans, including UAT support and validation.
- Assist in change management and develop user training materials.
- Maintain documentation including process maps, training guides and user manuals.
- Monitor key metrics to assess improvements in claims processing.
Qualifications & Experience
- Minimum 3 years experience as a Business Analyst, Change Management, or similar role in insurance or claims domain.
- Proficient in process modelling techniques such as BPMN and Visio.
- Strong analytical, communication, and presentation skills.
- Desirable: Knowledge of claims systems, insurance policies and Agile methodologies.
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.
