Role: Junior Purchase Manager
Join our team and help streamline the operational purchasing and invoicing processes in the marketing environment. You will ensure that promotional materials and services are correctly recorded, ordered, and processed in our systems, contributing to the smooth operation of our marketing and POS activities.
Your Responsibilities
- Purchasing: Handle technical purchasing of services and promotional materials in SAP Procurement.
- Support: Coordinate supplier and material master data and work closely with central procurement.
- Invoicing: Act as the contact for suppliers and service providers to ensure seamless invoice verification and processing.
- Controlling: Maintain transparent budget management with regular variance analyses.
- Marketing Support: Collaborate on marketing activities with insights into measures and the possibility to independently manage smaller projects.
Your Profile
- Completed degree in business administration or technical studies.
- Initial experience in purchasing or similar administrative roles is desirable.
- Attention to detail, strong numerical aptitude, and negotiation skills.
- SAP knowledge is an advantage, but can be learned.
- Excellent German communication skills, both written and spoken.
