Executive Support Partner
Axxess is seeking an Executive Support Partner to act as the primary point of contact for internal and external constituents regarding the Executive Team. What You Will Do
- Complete a wide range of administrative tasks supporting up to five C-level executives (CEO, CFO, COO, CTO, CPO).
- Manage active calendars, prepare expense reports, and draft correspondence, including confidential documents.
- Arrange complex travel plans, itineraries, and agendas, and compile necessary documents for travel-related meetings.
- Plan, coordinate, and ensure the Executives' schedules are followed and respected, acting as a gatekeeper to optimize executive time.
- Research, prioritize, and follow up on incoming issues and concerns addressed to the Executives, handling sensitive or confidential matters with appropriate action or referral.
- Serve as a communication bridge between the Executives and internal teams, maintaining credibility, trust, and support with senior leaders.
- Prioritize conflicting needs, handle matters expeditiously and proactively, and ensure projects are completed successfully under deadline pressure.
- Participate as an adjunct member of the Executive Team, assisting with meeting scheduling and note-taking.
- Support in-person client meetings and events as needed.
- Perform additional duties to support company leadership.
What You Bring
- Bachelor's degree required.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience supporting C-level Executives with a strong work history.
- Demonstrated efficiency and attention to detail.
- Flexibility, high energy, strong values, and a positive, can-do attitude.
- Ability to exercise sound judgment and independently determine priorities.
- High level of confidentiality.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).
- Ability to work on-site in our Dallas office; this is not a remote role.
