Job Description
UKG Project Manager Position at Axsium Group
Axsium Group, founded in 2004, delivers superior workforce management (WFM) consulting services to improve operational performance. As a UKG Project Manager, you will drive successful UKG PRO WFM project implementations while managing resources and maintaining strong client relationships.
Project Delivery Responsibilities
- Lead WFM or Productivity project phases and manage project deliverables
- Conduct internal kickoff meetings and develop comprehensive project plans
- Identify and manage risks, ensuring projects stay on time and on budget
- Oversee quality standards, manage changes, and host project closure meetings
- Coordinate sales transition meetings for feedback sharing
Client Interaction & People Skills
- Represent Axsium to clients and lead project teams
- Provide regular updates on strategy, adjustments, and progress
- Exercise critical thinking & problem-solving, and manage conflict resolution
- Coach team members on project management best practices
Requirements
- 7+ years of consulting, project management, and WFM experience
- Proven experience with UKG PRO WFM and other workforce management technologies
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently or as part of a remote team
- University or College degree required
