UKG Project Manager

Job Overview

The UKG Project Manager role at Axsium Group focuses on leading successful UKG PRO WFM project implementations. This fully remote position is available for professionals based in Canada or the USA. As a key interface to the customer, you will manage project phases and ensure timely, quality delivery of workforce management solutions.

Project Delivery

Responsibilities include planning, risk management, quality assurance, and project closure. The main duties are:

• Conduct internal project kick-offs to align scope and objectives.
• Create and manage detailed overall project plans.
• Identify and mitigate risks and issues.
• Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to quality standards.
• Manage changes and conduct closure meetings with the project team.

Client Interaction & People Skills

Represent Axsium by providing regular project updates, using critical thinking to resolve issues, and coaching teams as necessary.

Requirements

• 7+ years of consulting and project management experience in WFM.
• Proven record with UKG PRO WFM or similar technologies.
• Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience managing enterprise-scale projects and remote teams.
• University or College degree required.
