Your Impact
As a Salesforce Revenue Cloud Administrator on our Commercial Applications team, you will optimize our Opportunity-to-Cash (O2C) processes. You will own the configuration, stability, and scalability of Salesforce Sales Cloud and Revenue Cloud, ensuring accuracy in account management, opportunity management, quoting, ordering, and contracting. This role demands technical acumen, strong problem-solving skills, and an ability to thrive in ambiguity.
What You’ll Do
- Provide day-to-day support for Salesforce Sales and Revenue Clouds.
- Manage user provisioning, access, and profile updates.
- Handle data management activities using tools like Data Loader.
- Deploy and maintain environments using DevOps tools such as Gearset and Copado.
- Configure Revenue Cloud features including Bundles and Advanced Approvals.
- Collaborate with Sales Ops, Finance, Product, and Engineering teams.
- Maintain documentation, user guides, and training materials.

Additional Information
