Your Impact

As a Salesforce Revenue Cloud Administrator on the Commercial Applications team, you will optimize Opportunity-to-Cash (O2C) processes by managing and enhancing Salesforce Sales Cloud and Revenue Cloud environments. This includes account management, opportunity management, quoting, ordering, and contracting.

What You’ll Do

  • Location: Based in Atlanta, GA with a hybrid schedule (onsite Tuesdays through Fridays, remote Mondays).
  • Provide day-to-day support for Salesforce Sales Cloud and Revenue Cloud.
  • Manage user provisioning, profiles, and permission sets following best practices.
  • Perform data management activities using Data Loader and Inspector.
  • Deploy and maintain environments using DevOps tools like Gearset and Copado.
  • Configure and improve Revenue Cloud functionality including Bundles, Configuration Attributes, and Advanced Approvals.
  • Optimize end-to-end Opportunity-to-Cash processes.
  • Diagnose and fix technical issues in quoting and configuration.
  • Collaborate with Sales Ops, Finance, Product, and Engineering teams.
  • Maintain documentation and training materials for users.
  • Propose continuous process improvements.

What You Bring

  • 4+ years Salesforce administration experience with 1+ year in Revenue Cloud.
  • Deep understanding of Revenue Cloud architecture and Salesforce Sales Cloud.
  • Experience with sandbox management, deployments, and CI/CD tools.
  • Technical competency with SOQL, Excel/Google Sheets, and data loading tools.
  • Desired certifications include Salesforce Certified Sales Cloud Consultant and Salesforce Certified Revenue Cloud Specialist.
