Your Impact
As a Salesforce Revenue Cloud Administrator on our Commercial Applications team, you will own the configuration, stability, and scalability of Salesforce Sales Cloud and Salesforce Revenue Cloud. Your work will ensure accuracy in account management, opportunity management, quoting, ordering, and contracting while optimizing our Opportunity-to-Cash processes.
What You’ll Do
- Provide day-to-day support for Salesforce Sales Cloud and Revenue Cloud, resolving issues and support tickets.
- Manage user provisioning, profiles, permission sets and data management activities.
- Deploy and maintain system deployments using DevOps tools such as Gearset and Copado.
- Optimize end-to-end Opportunity-to-Cash processes and troubleshoot technical issues.
- Collaborate with Sales Ops, Finance, Product, and Engineering teams to implement improvements.
- Maintain documentation, user guides, and training materials.
What You Bring
You have 4+ years of Salesforce administration experience, with a focus on Revenue Cloud. A strong understanding of Salesforce configuration, robust troubleshooting skills, and familiarity with Salesforce Billing, data loading tools, and CI/CD practices are essential. Certifications like Salesforce Certified Sales Cloud Consultant and Salesforce Certified Revenue Cloud Specialist are strongly preferred.

Note: This role is based out of our Boston, MA Office with a hybrid schedule. You will work onsite Tuesday through Friday and remotely on Mondays (unless an accommodation is needed).
