Your Impact
As the Salesforce Revenue Cloud Administrator at Axon, you will be integral in optimizing our Opportunity-to-Cash (O2C) processes. You will own the configuration, stability, and scalability of Salesforce Sales Cloud and Revenue Cloud. This includes managing account and opportunity management, quoting, ordering, and contracting.
What You’ll Do
- Location: Based in Boston, MA with a hybrid schedule (onsite Tues-Fri, remote Monday).
- Support: Provide day-to-day Salesforce Sales Cloud and Revenue Cloud support and troubleshooting.
- User Management: Manage user setup, updates, and access controls in Salesforce.
- Data & Deployment: Handle data loads using Data Loader/Inspector and manage deployments using Gearset or Copado.
- Revenue Cloud Administration: Configure and maintain advanced functionalities including Bundles, Configuration Attributes, Product & Price Rules, and Advanced Approvals.
- Process Optimization: Optimize end-to-end O2C processes and resolve technical issues.
- Collaboration: Partner with Sales Ops, Finance, Product, and Engineering teams to implement solutions.
- Documentation: Maintain system documentation, guides, and training to promote user adoption.
What You Bring
Minimum 4+ years of Salesforce administration experience, with 1+ years specifically in Revenue Cloud. You should have a deep understanding of Revenue Cloud architecture, familiarity with Salesforce Billing processes and experience using CI/CD tools. Certifications such as Salesforce Certified Sales Cloud Consultant and Revenue Cloud Specialist are strongly preferred.
