Your Impact
As an Inside Sales Representative for our smallest agencies, you are responsible for:
- Outbound prospecting and lead generation
- Inbound and outbound account management
- Providing product demos via phone and web conferencing
- Promoting Axon’s ecosystem of products
- Traveling to client sites, conferences, and roadshows
What You’ll Do
This is a hybrid role requiring you to work from the Boston office (Monday-Thursday) and remotely one day a week. You will report to the Inside Sales Manager and are expected to travel approximately 25% of the time.
What You Bring
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
- 1+ years in a full cycle sales role
- Experience with Salesforce or equivalent CRM
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Excellent communication and time management skills
- Energetic self-starter with strong decision-making skills
- Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment

Additional Information
The base pay starts between USD 47,000 and USD 63,000, with average commissions targeting between USD 100,000 and USD 120,000 annually. Requirements may vary, and not all qualifications are mandatory. Axon is committed to diversity and inclusion.
