Your Impact
The Account Executive Inside Sales Corrections is a quota-carrying role responsible for selling Axon’s full suite of products, including hardware, software, and service solutions, to both new and existing Corrections customers (jails and community supervision) via telesales and occasional travel.
What You’ll Do
- Develop and execute regional sales plans through outbound prospecting.
- Manage both outbound and inbound accounts.
- Conduct effective product demos via phone and web conferencing.
- Promote Axon’s ecosystem of hardware, software, and services.
- Attend conferences, trainings, and Axon roadshows.
What You Bring
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
- 2+ years in a full cycle sales role.
- Experience with Salesforce or equivalent CRM.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Excellent communication and virtual sales skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, self-directed environment.

Additional Information
