Your Impact
As a Salesforce Revenue Cloud Administrator, you will optimize our Opportunity-to-Cash (O2C) processes by managing configuration, stability, and scalability of Salesforce Sales Cloud and Revenue Cloud.
- Provide day-to-day support and troubleshooting.
- Manage user provisioning and access management according to best practices.
- Perform data management tasks and ensure data integrity.
- Deploy, maintain, and troubleshoot Salesforce environments using DevOps tools.
- Collaborate across Sales Ops, Finance, Product, and Engineering teams.
What You’ll Do
This role based out of our Seattle, WA Office follows a hybrid schedule, offering a balance of onsite collaboration and remote work. You will configure and optimize Revenue Cloud and Sales Cloud functionalities including Bundles, Advanced Approvals, and Quote Calculator Plugin troubleshooting. You will also document processes and train users.
