Join Axon as a Salesforce Revenue Cloud Administrator

At Axon, our mission is to Protect Life through innovative devices and cloud software. As a Salesforce Revenue Cloud Administrator, you will play a vital role in optimizing Opportunity-to-Cash (O2C) processes, ensuring stability and scalability within Salesforce Sales Cloud and Revenue Cloud.

Your Impact

  • Own configuration, stability, and scalability of Salesforce platforms.
  • Support day-to-day issue resolution and user assistance.
  • Manage user provisioning, data management and environment deployments.
  • Optimize end-to-end Opportunity-to-Cash processes.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales Ops, Finance, Product, and Engineering teams.

What You’ll Do

This role is based in the San Francisco, CA office with a hybrid work schedule (onsite Tuesdays through Fridays with remote flexibility on Mondays). Reporting to the Manager, Salesforce Admin, you will:

  • Provide technical support and troubleshoot Salesforce instances.
  • Manage user setup and data integrity using tools like Data Loader.
  • Deploy and synchronize environments using tools such as Gearset and Copado.
  • Administer Revenue Cloud configurations and troubleshoot technical issues.
  • Document processes, provide training, and drive continuous improvements.

What You Bring

You should have 4+ years of Salesforce administration experience, with at least 1 year dedicated to Revenue Cloud. Your technical expertise in Salesforce Sales Cloud, strong command of SOQL, data management, and deployment tools will be crucial. Certifications such as Salesforce Certified Sales Cloud Consultant and Salesforce Certified Revenue Cloud Specialist are strongly preferred.
