Your Impact

In this role, you will be part of the Commercial Applications team, optimizing Opportunity-to-Cash (O2C) processes. You will own the configuration, stability, and scalability of both Salesforce Sales Cloud and Salesforce Revenue Cloud, ensuring accuracy across account management, opportunity management, quoting, ordering, and contracting.

What You’ll Do

  • Location: Based out of our Scottsdale office with a hybrid schedule (on-site Tues-Fri, remote Monday).
  • Support: Provide day-to-day Salesforce support, troubleshooting issues and resolving tickets.
  • User Management: Manage user provisioning, profiles, permission sets, and access management.
  • Data & Deployments: Execute data imports, updates, cleanup and manage deployments using tools like Gearset or Copado.
  • Revenue Cloud Administration: Configure and maintain Revenue Cloud functionalities including Bundles, Configuration Attributes, and Advanced Approvals.
  • Collaboration: Work cross-functionally with Sales Ops, Finance, Product, and Engineering teams to gather requirements and implement improvements.
  • Documentation & Training: Maintain system documentation and create user guides.
  • Continuous Improvement: Identify bottlenecks and propose scalable and efficient enhancements.

What You Bring

  • 4+ years Salesforce administration experience with 1+ in Revenue Cloud.
  • Deep understanding of Revenue Cloud architecture and Salesforce Sales Cloud.
  • Experience with sandbox management, CI/CD tools (Gearset, Copado) and data management tools.
  • Familiarity with SOQL, Excel/Google Sheets, and Document Generation (Conga Composer is a plus).
  • Certifications such as Salesforce Certified Sales Cloud Consultant and Revenue Cloud Specialist are strongly preferred.
  • Excellent communication skills and a proactive, detail-oriented mindset.
