Your Impact as Principal Product Manager – Enterprise GSOC Solutions

You will own the end-to-end product experience for enterprise customers operating mission-critical Global Security Operations Centers (GSOCs). In this role, you will:

• Define and execute the GSOC product strategy and roadmap.
• Deliver secure, scalable, and interoperable tools integrating video, alarms, sensors, and data.
• Work with enterprise customers and internal partners to understand needs and translate them into actionable requirements.
• Drive cross-functional collaboration across engineering, design, deployment, customer success, and sales engineering teams.
• Create scalable onboarding and support processes to accelerate deployments.

Success is measured by customer experience leadership, operational impact, expanded enterprise deployments, and strategic alignment with Axon’s security objectives.

Work Location & Environment

This role is based in Seattle, WA with a hybrid schedule, requiring on-site presence from Tuesday through Friday, with remote flexibility on Mondays.
