About AppLovin’s eCommerce Team
The eCommerce team at AppLovin powers the next wave of eCommerce growth through performance advertising. We help brands achieve profitable growth by connecting them to over 1 billion daily users across thousands of top mobile games. This is driven by Axon, AppLovin’s advertising platform, which helps businesses find ideal customers and maximize ROI.
About The Role: Business Development Analyst
We are looking for a driven, analytical, and results-focused Business Development Analyst to join our expanding eCommerce team in Israel. This unique opportunity allows you to shape a new business line from the ground up, working at the intersection of performance marketing and business development within the rapidly growing eCommerce space.
In this client-facing role, you will partner with eCommerce brands to unlock growth using AppLovin’s marketing platform. You will build strong relationships, optimize campaigns, and lead strategic initiatives to drive business outcomes. Additionally, you'll collaborate with AppLovin leadership and product experts to evolve our eCommerce advertising solution and accelerate market adoption.
Responsibilities
- Onboard eCommerce brands to our platform and educate them on AppLovin’s eCommerce growth solution.
- Understand partner priorities and develop action plans to foster their growth.
- Set up new campaigns for success by applying best practices for creative and performance targets.
- Define and analyze key metrics to ensure success for our eCommerce partners.
- Become an expert in AppLovin’s mobile advertising products tailored for eCommerce brands.
- Partner with the broader AppLovin Business Development team in the region.
Basic Qualifications
- 0-2 years of professional experience.
- Bachelor's degree or higher in related fields.
- Self-starter with a strong eagerness to learn.
- Outstanding analytical ability and a strategic grasp of the “big picture”.
- Experience prioritizing competing demands effectively.
- Flexible team-player, leveraging drive, creativity, and initiative to advance the organization.
- Fluent in English, capable of constructing convincing arguments from complex data.
- Demonstrated experience handling large data sets, with strong analytical skills to identify actionable patterns for strategic decision-making and client outcome optimization.
- Proven interest in technology (e.g., early adopter, Excel whiz, computer science interest).
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in the e-commerce space and brand operations.
- Basic understanding of programming or scripting.
- Basic understanding of image and video editing software.
- Understanding of models for intelligent decision making, such as game theory, chess, or poker.
