Responsibilities:

  • Advise clients on all aspects of M&A transactions, including deal structuring, due diligence, negotiation, drafting, and closing.
  • Draft, review, and negotiate a wide range of transactional documents.
  • Coordinate activities of large deal teams and stakeholders.
  • Conduct and coordinate due diligence investigations.

Qualifications:

  • Active bar license in your state of residence.
