M&A Lawyer at Axiom
Join Axiom as an M&A Lawyer and work with our F500 client base across multiple industries. This is an exciting opportunity for experienced M&A attorneys to handle complex transactions.
Responsibilities:
- Advise clients on all aspects of M&A transactions, including deal structuring, due diligence, negotiation, drafting, and closing.
- Draft, review, and negotiate a wide range of transactional documents.
- Coordinate activities of large deal teams and stakeholders.
- Conduct and coordinate due diligence investigations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution.
Qualifications:
- Active bar license in your state of residence.
- Minimum 3+ years of experience as an M&A attorney at an AmLaw firm or F500 in-house legal department.
- Experience with mergers, acquisitions, joint ventures, divestitures, private equity, or fund investments.
- Strong knowledge of federal and state corporate and securities laws.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience advising clients in various industries (technology, healthcare, energy, financial services).
- Ability to manage multiple high-stakes transactions simultaneously.
- Familiarity with private equity and venture capital transactions.
Compensation:
