AdTech Lawyer at Axiom

Axiom is seeking an experienced AdTech Lawyer to work with some of the world’s largest companies. This role is pivotal in drafting, negotiating, and advising on a wide range of AdTech agreements and data-sharing activities.

Responsibilities

• Draft and negotiate a wide variety of AdTech agreements.
• Advise clients on compliance and data-sharing activities.
• Resolve digital advertising data use concerns and advise on ad campaign data flow.
• Maintain collaborative relationships with internal business partners and stakeholders.
• Represent the Axiom brand and develop leadership within the legal community.

Minimum & Preferred Qualifications

Candidates should have 4+ years of progressive experience in the AdTech space with F500 companies, strong legal knowledge of technology, data privacy, and marketing, and an active bar license in their state. Experience working independently and cross-functionally is essential.

Compensation, Benefits & Work Arrangement

This role offers competitive compensation starting at $140,000 along with a comprehensive benefits package, including health benefits, 401K, and professional development resources. While the majority of work is remote, occasional on-site presence may be required.
