Job Description

As Senior Underwriting Assistant at AXA XL, you will support the Underwriting team by managing assigned accounts through their full lifecycle from submission to expiration. You will pre-underwrite, evaluate risk, and assess the completeness of underwriting packages before the underwriter's review. Additionally, you will communicate directly with Brokers to collect necessary account information for risk analysis.

What You Will Be Doing

Your responsibilities include:

  • Pre-underwriting and risk evaluation
  • Communicating with Brokers, Underwriters, and Reinsurers
  • Developing initial pricing and basic coverage structuring
  • Managing workflow and account tasks globally
  • Coordinating with multiple internal and external contacts to ensure policy issuance and premium collection
