Delivery Lead at AXA XL

The Delivery Lead co-owns end-to-end delivery of business solutions for the Delivery Team with Transformation & Change Delivery (TCD) Delivery Lead. This role involves understanding the strategy, needs, and challenges of business partners, overseeing applications for service level delivery, and managing system changes.

What You’ll Be Doing

Leading a development team to deliver and support software solutions used by the global Risk Management function. Responsibilities include:

  • Designing, delivering, and supporting software solutions.
  • Managing global teams including internal staff and external vendors.
  • Establishing service scopes and maintaining change roadmaps.
  • Managing budget, resource allocation, and vendor performance.
  • Overseeing Continuous Service Improvement initiatives and audit support.

What You Will BRING

Candidates must demonstrate hands-on design, development, and technical architecture experience using Microsoft technologies (.NET, SQL Server, C#, VB.NET, ASP.NET) and Cloud (Azure) along with web frameworks like Angular or React. Proven leadership, risk management, vendor accountability, and budget management skills are required. A bachelor's degree is also required.
