Analyst - Policy Management
AXA XL is looking for talented individuals to support our business across all product lines and geographies. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a dynamic, global business.
Key Responsibilities
- Support AXA XL underwriters/DAMs in Policy Administration.
- Issue policy documents for the insured.
- Send out conditional/non-renewal policy documents for non-renewals.
- Issue endorsements for mid-term policy changes.
- Generate policy numbers for the insured.
- Renew or decline policies per underwriter instructions.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- University graduate with a couple of years of practical experience.
- Ability to follow defined processes and procedures.
- Organized, methodical and able to manage multiple tasks.
- Strong customer service focus and persuasive communication skills.
- Fluent in English with effective verbal and written communication abilities.
- Collaborative team player with influential interpersonal skills.
