About the Role

AXA XL is seeking talented individuals to support our business across all product lines and geographies. As an Analyst - Multilingual Policy Administration, you will work closely with AXA XL underwriters and DAMs in our international hubs, including New York, Singapore, and London.

Essential Responsibilities

  • Directly support AXA XL underwriters/DAMs in policy administration.
  • Issue policy documents for the insured and handle non-renewals.
  • Manage endorsements for mid-term policy changes.
  • Generate policy numbers and process renewals or declines.

Requirements & Skills

  • University graduate with a couple years of practical experience.
  • Strong ability to follow defined processes and procedures.
  • Organized and capable of managing multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Excellent customer-service focus and persuasive communication skills in German and French.
  • Ability to professionally communicate technical issues and results.
  • Collaborative team player with influential working skills.
