Job Description
Purpose of Position
As the Partner Development Executive, you will be responsible for the proactive recruitment, onboarding, development, and GP growth of focused publishers on the Awin network. Reporting to the Partner Development Lead, your role centers on Strategic Publisher Development, Revenue Generation, and Network Expansion.
Strategic Publisher Development
Identify strategically important publishers and deepen their reliance on Awin through joint-marketing plans, lead generation processes, and custom reporting solutions. You will support initiatives aimed at improving publisher performance via proactive outreach, performance analysis, and optimization. You will also co-create case studies and engage with BNL influencers to grow and optimize their presence.
Revenue Generation
Deliver service packages, both standalone and integrated, ensuring a consistent, high-value stream of opportunities via regional hubs. Monitor uptake, gather feedback, and collaborate with Account Managers to drive successful publisher partnerships and uncover growth opportunities.
Network Expansion
Collaborate with UK/BNL Regional Partnerships Hub client partners to identify, recruit, and activate high-value publishers, including influencer partners. Coordinate the launch of high-potential partners into Awin’s client bases.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage relationships with assigned publishers and key stakeholders.
- Research growing verticals and develop a pipeline of new publishers.
- Coordinate with internal teams to launch high-potential publishers.
- Provide regular performance and partnership reporting.
- Support marketing with case studies and content creation.
- Host sessions to foster publisher collaboration.
Skills & Expertise
Knowledge of the affiliate market and digital marketing is essential. Strong communication skills, proficiency in MS Office (Excel and PowerPoint), data analytical skills, time management, and a target/results driven approach are required. Fluency in Dutch & English is needed.
