About this Opportunity
This initial 6 month day rate contract offers the chance to work in either Melbourne or Sydney. In the role of Technical Business Analyst, you will work closely with Digital Product Owners and the Technology team to deliver outcomes that serve both the fund and its members.
Key Responsibilities
- Support Digital Product Owners by driving requirements and translating them into technical user stories.
- Liaise with Technology Architecture, Digital Technical leads, and Scrum teams to provide design solutions.
- Work with Scrum teams to implement solutions meeting Product Owners' requirements.
- Conduct user needs analysis and offer process improvement suggestions.
- Interact with stakeholders to elicit requirements and identify opportunities.
What You Bring
- Expertise in your core business area with technical experience in digital and development domains.
- Experience in Agile methodologies, especially Scrum, with knowledge of both waterfall and agile frameworks.
- Proven experience in analysis, problem solving, and stakeholder communication.
- Familiarity with JIRA/Confluence, Big Room Planning, and Agile processes.
- Experience in a Digital and/or Financial Services IT environment; understanding of superannuation is preferable.
- Ability to work independently or with multidisciplinary teams and mentor other business analysts.
