About the role
As the Lifecycle & CRM Lead, your responsibilities will include:
- Activation flows from registration to customer status
- Customer onboarding
- Email & SMS strategy and execution, including copywriting
- Customer segmentation and behavioral personalization
- Subscription and repeat purchase optimization
- Referral program management
- Retention metrics, cohort analysis, NPS
Candidate Profile
We are looking for a Senior Individual Contributor with 5 to 8 years of experience who has built and led lifecycle programs, not just contributed to them. You can demonstrate concrete retention or LTV gains. You are proficient with tools like Klaviyo, Braze, Customer.io, or equivalent. You can write emails and SMS sequences, not just design them. You are comfortable with data: segmentation, cohorts, incrementality. Native or near-native French and professional English are required. Bonus points if you have experience with subscription/membership models, in health/wellness/DTC, or if you have built a referral program from scratch.
