This young startup is building the first European preventative health platform, combining blood tests, advanced insights, and personalized action plans powered by AI. Already adopted by over 3,000 users in France, Portugal, and the UK, and integrated with dozens of partner laboratories, the solution also includes an AI "doctor" agent delivering actionable protocols daily. Their goal is to make preventative health the norm in Europe. After a funding round of +€8 million, their objective is to scale across Europe.
About the Role
They are looking for a profile capable of taking full ownership of paid acquisition and transforming their brand into a true growth engine. This includes:
- Managing all paid channels (Meta, Google, TikTok, YouTube…)
- Optimizing CAC across multiple European markets (FR / UK / DE / ES)
- Developing performance-oriented creative strategies and implementing a testing machine
- Structuring attribution and analyzing performance
- Recruiting the first media buyer
🚀 Objective: Scale paid investments from €50K to €150K+ per month while maintaining profitable acquisition.
Candidate Profile
We are seeking a candidate with:
- Concrete experience managing budgets of €100K+/month
- Proven success in scaling DTC or subscription acquisition in Europe
- A strong data-driven culture
- The ability to define strategy and execute

- Multi-market EU experience
- UGC / Influencer marketing
- Advanced attribution tools
