This young startup is building the first European preventative health platform, combining blood tests, advanced insights, and personalized action plans powered by AI. Already adopted by over 3000 users in France, Portugal, and the UK, and integrated with dozens of partner labs, the solution also includes an AI "doctor" agent delivering actionable protocols daily. Its goal: to make preventative health the standard in Europe. After raising over €8 million, the company aims to scale across Europe.

About the role

As the Lifecycle & CRM Lead, your responsibilities will include:

  • Activation flows from registration to customer status
  • Customer onboarding
  • Email & SMS strategy and execution, including copywriting
  • Customer segmentation and behavioral personalization
  • Subscription and repeat purchase optimization
  • Referral program management
  • Retention metrics, cohort analysis, NPS

Candidate Profile

We are looking for a Senior Individual Contributor with 5 to 8 years of experience who has built and led lifecycle programs, not just contributed to them. You can demonstrate concrete retention or LTV gains. You are proficient with tools like Klaviyo, Braze, Customer.io, or equivalent. You can write emails and SMS sequences, not just design them. You are comfortable with data: segmentation, cohorts, incrementality. Native or near-native French and professional English are required. Bonus points if you have experience with subscription/membership models, in health/wellness/DTC, or if you have built a referral program from scratch.
