I am assisting my partner in recruiting their Key Account Executive. This company is a B2B SaaS editor that transforms how businesses manage their supply chain, replacing largely manual processes with a high-value business collaborative platform. It's an environment where sales is not just about responding to a need, but about making it emerge with strategic stakeholders.

Job Description

In a context of structuring and growth, you will take on the role of Account Executive with a clear objective: to develop and sign new accounts through complex sales cycles. You will be involved end-to-end:

  • Identifying and engaging the right stakeholders (supply chain management, business units, IT Directors)
  • Qualifying needs and understanding client issues deeply
  • Structuring and managing multi-stakeholder sales cycles
  • Conducting demos and building the business case
  • Coordinating with technical and pre-sales teams
  • Negotiation and closing

Candidate Profile

  • 3 to 5 years of experience in B2B sales, including SaaS
  • Experience in complex sales cycles (multi-stakeholder, business needs)
  • Ability to engage with C-level stakeholders
  • Strong ability to quickly understand complex business environments
  • Experience or strong appetite for supply chain
  • Structured, autonomous, results-oriented mindset
  • Comfortable in demanding and evolving contexts
