About the Role

As the TMO Change Delivery Manager at Aviva Canada, you will support the VP of Change Delivery in leading the Transformation Management Office (TMO). The role focuses on governance, risk management, and execution practices aligned with strategic goals through change initiatives including strategic, regulatory, and operational projects.

What You'll Do

  • Partner with the VP of Change Delivery to design and implement governance and planning processes.
  • Ensure alignment with Board and Committee commitments and objectives.
  • Develop and enhance end-to-end governance processes with key stakeholders.
  • Monitor performance using data and stakeholder feedback for continuous improvement.
  • Define and communicate change documentation per the Aviva Change Framework.
  • Monitor and report on dependencies, risks, and issues, leading governance forums.
  • Maintain accurate governance documentation and support reporting requirements.
  • Facilitate quarterly planning workshops and build collaborative relationships.
