This role requires technical expertise and leadership to translate business requirements into actionable test strategies while driving both manual and automated testing efforts.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own the test strategy, planning, and execution.
  • Develop and maintain manual and automated test scripts using tools like Selenium, Cypress, Playwright, Postman, and Pytest.
  • Integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines.
  • Collaborate with engineering, product, and UX teams.
  • Define and track quality KPIs and test coverage metrics.

What You Should Bring

  • 5+ years in software testing with leadership experience.
  • Proficiency in programming languages such as Java, TypeScript, or Python.
  • Experience with UI, API, database, and integration testing.
  • Strong background in CI/CD and cloud-based environments (AWS preferred).
