About the Role

The Manager Business Intelligence and Systems Integration at Avidbots Corp. will lead the evolution toward a connected, insight-driven enterprise by integrating data engineering, business process automation, and enterprise systems. Reporting to the CFO and partnering with executives, you will drive the roadmap for business intelligence, data governance, and systems integration.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop scalable technology platforms for actionable dashboards and strategic insights.
  • Oversee data governance and ensure security, compliance, and reliability.
  • Drive enterprise system integrations including ERP/CRM configuration and API development.
  • Collaborate with global teams and translate complex technical concepts into actionable business insights.
  • Ensure seamless execution of pre-employment onboarding requirements.

Requirements

Minimum of a Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Data Science, Engineering or related field (Master’s preferred) with 10+ years of progressive leadership in Business Intelligence, Data Engineering, or Systems Integration. Must have at least 5 years at a managerial level and proven experience with cloud data platforms (Azure, AWS, GCP), Business Intelligence tools (Power BI, Tableau, Domo, Qlik), and ERP/CRM systems such as Epicor or Salesforce.

Bonus Qualifications

  • Experience in enterprise-wide digital transformation initiatives.
  • Familiarity with modern data architectures like data mesh, data fabric, and data lakehouse.
  • Knowledge of ITIL, Agile, or SAFe methodologies and professional certifications in cloud or integration.
