Are you a recent graduate and AI enthusiast eager to translate theory into real business impact? At AVIAREPS, we possess the data, global scale, and ambition, but we need your expertise to embed AI into the core of our global travel organization. As our first dedicated AI Specialist, you will pioneer our AI journey, guiding us in selecting and implementing the right tools to enhance efficiency, intelligence, and accuracy across our operations.

What You’ll Do

Your mission is to elevate AVIAREPS to a higher digital level by proactively identifying opportunities:

• Explore & Advise: Map the AI landscape and provide strategic recommendations to the Board on relevant programs (LLMs, automation tools, copilots) for our 70+ global offices.
• Optimize: Critically assess current marketing, finance, and operations processes to identify areas for time savings and AI-driven error reduction.
• Build & Implement: Deploy low-code solutions, including smart workflows in Zapier/Make and custom AI assistants for sales teams.
• Inspire: Lead the AI transformation by educating colleagues worldwide through demos, playbooks, and training sessions, acting as the key evangelist for AI adoption.

Who We Are Looking For?

We seek an entrepreneurial builder with a vision, not just a programmer. You should be driven by innovation and possess a strong understanding of practical AI applications.

• Education: Recent Bachelor's/Master's degree in AI, Business Information Management, Data Science, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Self-starter: Proactive and independent, capable of defining your own path and driving initiatives forward.
• Tool-savvy: Familiarity with tools like ChatGPT/Claude and automation platforms (Zapier/Make), with a practical understanding of applying AI models.
• Communicator: Ability to articulate complex technological concepts clearly to both colleagues and senior management.
• Language: Fluent English is mandatory. Dutch or German is a plus.
