Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Lead the evolution of the UX design system.
- Advocate for usability and accessibility in all projects.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define goals and priorities.
- Drive user-centricity through testing and prototyping.
- Develop wireframes, mockups, and prototypes across platforms.
- Partner with engineering for high-quality design implementation.
- Mentor and share best practices with the UX team.
Ideal Experience
Candidates should have a Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant field, an impressive portfolio, and 5+ years of experience in UX/Product Design. Experience in Agile/Scrum environments, proficiency with Figma and Maze, and an understanding of web technologies and responsive design standards are essential. Familiarity with WCAG 2.2 standards and native iOS/Android user patterns is a plus.
Compensation and Benefits
The salary range for this position is $80,000 - $190,000 per year, with a potential bonus. Comprehensive benefits include health, dental, vision insurance, 401(k), and PTO.
