About The Opportunity
Our client is seeking an IT Applications Operations Analyst to support the performance, reliability, and continuous improvement of critical application systems. This role focuses on monitoring operations, troubleshooting technical and data issues, and supporting processes that ensure system stability and accurate business outcomes.
The position works closely with technical teams and stakeholders to resolve incidents, maintain documentation, and support ongoing enhancements and operational efficiency.
Responsibilities
- Monitor, maintain, and troubleshoot application systems and data processes.
- Investigate and resolve system, performance, and data integrity issues.
- Develop and maintain SQL scripts, scheduling processes, and technical documentation.
- Support critical processing cycles to ensure timely and accurate operational outcomes.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to communicate progress, resolve issues, and support business needs.
- Contribute to system improvements, implementation activities, and process optimization.
Required Qualifications
- Solid experience in application operations, infrastructure support, and systems troubleshooting.
- Experience working with large-scale, complex application environments.
- Working knowledge of Linux servers, networks, backups, and Oracle databases.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively.

A reasonable estimate of the current range for this role is from $100,000 to $110,000 yearly.
