Product Manager, Payments

This role involves working closely with cross-functional teams to drive the product roadmap. As a Product Manager, Payments at Avenu Holdings LLC, you will be responsible for market analysis, customer research, quantitative analysis, and integrating feedback to shape product design for Neumo's clients and prospects.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Manage product lifecycle from market research to go-to-market strategy.
  • Develop long-term product vision and align near-term planning.
  • Stay familiar with market needs through research and field experience.
  • Serve as a contact point among sales, client success, and engineering teams.
  • Prioritize roadmap using quantitative and qualitative data.
  • Gather and communicate feature requirements with detailed initiatives.
  • Collaborate with UX to test early prototypes and gather feedback.
  • Act as product evangelist and represent product achievements.
  • Understand solution costs and pricing opportunities.
  • Drive partnership ecosystems to maximize revenue.
  • Coordinate readiness activities across the company for launch.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned.

Education and Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
  • 3+ years in product management (B2B software preferred).
  • 2+ years working with platform technologies.
  • Experience with SaaS platform services and Payments at scale.
  • Familiarity with PCI compliance is a plus.
  • Experience in government technology is highly preferred.

Work Environment and Physical Demands

The role is primarily remote, supported by an office setting with moderate noise. It requires extensive computer use, occasional mobility within an office setup, and frequent telephone communication.
