We are seeking a results-driven DevOps / DevSecOps Engineer to design, automate, and secure cloud infrastructure across Azure and GCP environments. The ideal candidate will combine deep technical expertise in Infrastructure as Code (IaC), CI/CD pipelines, and security automation with strong collaboration and agile delivery skills. You’ll work cross-functionally with engineering, security, and operations teams to drive reliability, scalability, and compliance across our multi-cloud and hybrid platforms.Key Responsibilities
- Infrastructure as Code (IaC): Design, develop, and maintain reusable Terraform and Ansible modules for Azure and GCP infrastructure. Enforce configuration standards and policy-as-code practices.
- Cloud Engineering (Azure and GCP): Architect and manage scalable, secure Azure and GCP environments (AKS, App Gateway, VNets, NSGs, Key Vault, Managed Identities). Implement governance, cost optimization, and compliance controls across subscriptions.
- CI/CD & Automation: Build and optimize Jenkins and GitHub Actions pipelines for automated build, test, and deployment across environments. Implement blue/green, canary, and rollback deployment strategies with observability and alerting.
- DevSecOps & Security: Integrate vulnerability scanning, code analysis, and compliance checks into CI/CD workflows. Manage secrets, certificates, and key management using secure vault solutions. Collaborate with security teams to align infrastructure with FedRAMP/FIPS/ISO/PCI standards.
- Monitoring & Reliability: Implement proactive monitoring using Azure Monitor, Google Monitoring, Prometheus, Grafana, and Log Analytics. Define SLOs, SLIs, and error budgets aligned with business objectives.
- Collaboration & Agile Practices: Partner with product and engineering teams in agile ceremonies to plan, deliver, and continuously improve. Participate in release management, sprint planning, retrospectives, and post-incident reviews.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in DevOps, Site Reliability, or Platform Engineering.
- Proven expertise in Azure and GCP cloud architecture and automation.
- Hands-on experience with Terraform, Ansible, Helm, and Kubernetes.
- Strong understanding of CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitHub Actions, ArgoCD).
- Familiarity with security frameworks (FedRAMP, FIPS, CIS Benchmarks).
- Experience with container security, image scanning, and supply chain security.
- Proficiency in scripting (Bash, Python, or PowerShell).
- Excellent troubleshooting skills across infrastructure, network, and application layers.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills with a focus on accountability and delivery.
