Overview

AvaTrade is seeking a Head of AI with a vision, proven experience, and hands-on orientation to define, lead, and manage the organization’s end-to-end AI strategy.

Responsibilities

  • Define and execute the AI vision and roadmap.
  • Lead design, architecture, and deployment of Agentic AI systems using LLMs.
  • Manage complex AI initiatives in a matrix environment.
  • Integrate multi-modal capabilities including RAG and MCP.
  • Establish governance, best practices, and ethical development processes.
  • Measure performance and oversee model optimization.
  • Represent AvaTrade at professional events and thought leadership activities.
  • Mentor and develop AI teams.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of AI leadership experience.
  • Proven track record in LLM-based and Agentic AI systems design.
  • Hands-on technical expertise with deep understanding of LLM architectures (e.g., GPT, Claude, Gemini).
  • Proficiency in RAG, MCP, prompt engineering, and KPI measurement.
  • Strong matrix management and stakeholder communication skills.
  • Full professional proficiency in English.
