AI Engineer
Become part of our Data & AI team and shape the future with Agentic AI – as a key technology for digital transformation and sustainable innovation.
The position is hybrid, so applications are welcome regardless of location.
Your Responsibilities
- AI Use Cases and Business Processes: You will identify innovative AI Use Cases and guide their implementation – from technical conception to realization.
- Conception and Implementation: You will develop and implement customized Agentic AI solutions for various industries based on the Azure cloud.
- Development and Maintenance of Agentic AI Platforms: You will build scalable platforms that enable autonomous workflows and intelligent decision-making processes with AI Agents, and ensure their continuous development.
- Optimization and Automation: You will support our clients in optimizing existing AI solutions and ensure their continuous improvement.
- Teamwork and Innovation: You will work closely with interdisciplinary teams and keep your technological knowledge up-to-date to continuously develop our AI solutions.
Qualifications
- Solid Python skills and experience with agent frameworks and Azure AI Services (e.g., Azure OpenAI, LangChain).
- Knowledge of Docker, CI/CD, LLMOps, and modern cloud technologies is advantageous.
- Practical experience in developing prototypes, PoCs, or MVPs for validating AI applications.
- Experience in the conception, evaluation, and implementation of AI solutions, including model selection, architecture design, and scaling, is advantageous.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a high standard of quality.
- Experience in interdisciplinary collaboration and clear, business-oriented communication.
- Very good German and English skills (C1/Advanced).
- Passion for current developments in AI, ML, and cloud technologies.
