About the AI Architect Role at Avanade

As an AI Architect at Avanade, you will manage, build, and enable our AI with Gen AI offering, driving client impact through technical leadership and innovative solutions. You will act as a technical advisor, design scalable AI and Gen AI solutions, and guide clients in achieving their business outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Translate business requirements into technical AI solutions.
  • Develop overall solution plans and strategic vision for AI and Gen AI.
  • Guide and support sales, engineering, and cross-functional teams.
  • Work on assets and internal engineering projects.
  • Engage with global teams and build strong client relationships.

Skills and Experiences

You should have proven experience in constructing AI solutions using Microsoft Azure Cognitive Services, OpenAI, Copilot Studio, RAG, NLP, CLU, and Agentic AI techniques. You are comfortable communicating complex technical details to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

About You

You bring a minimum of 3 years in business technology leadership, engineering, solutioning, and delivery. You are fluent in Azure and have hands-on experience in Conversational AI and custom speech models.
