Job Description
Senior AI Automation Engineer / Full-Stack Developer
We are hiring a Senior AI Automation Engineer / Full-Stack Developer to design and build scalable, AI-driven automation systems integrated with ERP, backend services, and mobile applications.
This role is ideal for a senior Odoo developer / automation engineer / backend architect who thrives in startup environments and can take ownership of complex technical systems.
Key Responsibilities
AI Engineering & Automation Development
- Build AI-powered systems using LLMs, OpenAI APIs, AI Agents
- Develop WhatsApp AI automation & conversational AI systems
- Implement voice-to-text and AI workflow orchestration
- Design scalable automation pipelines using n8n (queue mode, Redis)
- API orchestration & multi-system integrations
- Build intelligent document parsing & decision engines
Odoo Development (ERP Engineering)
- Advanced Odoo customization (v16–v19)
- Custom module development (Python)
- Odoo API integrations (REST, Webhooks)
- Multi-company ERP architecture
- Odoo performance optimization (PostgreSQL tuning)
- ERP automation & workflow enhancement
Backend Engineering (Node.js)
- Scalable REST API development
- Microservices architecture
- JWT / OAuth authentication systems
